CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

  1. Cancellation after finalized  the tour up to 4 working days before the tour will be subjected for  Permit Cancellation Charge only (P300/P).

  2. Cancellation 2 working days  before the tour will be charge 50% of Total Package.

  3. Cancellation on actual Tour will be charge 100% of total Package.

 

 

CHANGE NAME / CHANGE DATE / WRONG SPELLING - ARE SUBJECTED FOR P150 CHARGE PER NAME PER DATE.

 

 

  • Tour Duration may 6 - 8hrs , 3-4hrs round trip Van travel and 3-4hrs actual tour.

  • You must check your tour date availability to us first or book your tour early as you can . 

  • Upon finalizing your booking, we will be needing your Name/s with Birth Date to secure your Park Permit/s. 

  • Guests must bring each Valid ID for Park Permit Validation at the wharf.

  • Cash for your Environmental Fee 40/person & Souvenirs at the wharf.

IMPORTANT INFO:

This Tour will show you not only the Beauty of Puerto Princesa Underground River but to Show the Healthy forest while trekking the 3.56KMS. Jungle going to the Main Park, this trekking Will take 1 Hour & 30mins. To 2 hours walking. and after Underground River Tour, team will go back the wharf using boat.

 

Trekker will be allowed 08:00am to 2pm only , Along the way there are playful monkeys and some monitor lizards you will encounter especially early in the morning, Just please don’t leave your bag open and keep your things attached to your body because it might take away from you by our friendly monkeys.
